Call by Any Name (CBAN) is an exciting new voice dialing service that has been developed to help address the challenges associated with telephone communications for people with disabilities.

CBAN is a service that has taken a new approach to assist the people with disabilities in the process of making telephone calls. Not only does this Voice Dialing service make it easy to keep in contact with friends and family, but it does so at a greatly reduced cost

By yourself or with assistance, you can subscribe to the CBAN service. Next, you have your names and number added to your own personal phone book. Have the local CBAN access number programmed in to a memory or speed dial key on your phone.

To make a call simply press that memory or speed dial key and you will hear a friendly prompt say: "Please say the name of the person you wish to call"

Just same the name and the system will complete the call for you. Now you don't have to remember any more phone numbers

How simple is that!!
