Your subscription to the CBAN Service is activated upon credit card approval and confirms that a binding contract with CBAN is in place in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement when you submit your online order and it is accepted by CBAN. If you subscribe to the Service on a month-to-month, quarterly or six month basis and cancel your Service during a billing period, you must advise CBAN of such cancellation. Your charges will be pro-rated for such billing period and your Account will be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of CBAN receipt of your cancellation notice. A refund to your account will apply only after the prorated process has been completed.
