Definition of Terms
- Single Master Account
- Associated with the email address that was registered during the CBAN subscription process
- Existing Local CBAN Access Number
- This is the local phone number that is used to connect to the CBAN service.
- 100 Phone Book Contacts
- This is the maximum limit of Contacts that is allowed to be added to the Personal Phone Book.
- 4 Individual Phone Numbers to call from
- The CBAN service allows 4 different phone numbers to call from. They are Home, Office, Mobile and Other.
- Please note that ONLY ONE Mobile number is allowed.
- 60 Minutes of Toll Free Access
- On a monthly basis, CBAN allows 60 minutes of Toll Free when calling from an area outside your local access
